SAP’s Cloud for Customer Payments (CCP) is an easy-to-use, one-stop solution for managing your account payments.

With Cloud for Customer Payments (CCP), you can:

  • Make payments, selecting the open bills you want to pay and any credit items you want to use for payment
  • View open and cleared items for your account, including item details and the ability to group open items by aging
  • Make ad hoc payments without an invoice (for example, to make a down payment)
  • Manage the master data for your account (address, contact, bank, credit card information, etc.)
